Wasdale Head
Climbing a Lakeland fell with a small day-pack is a strenuous, yet enjoyable, activity. Climbing one of the steepest and most unrelenting Lake District paths, that up Kirk Fell, with 14kg of camera equipment was akin to strenuous torture! However, the view from the crag where I decided to terminate my ascent more than made up for all the sweat and toil.
